Three kinds of new equipment are joining FYT LED to improve her production efficiency.
Firstly on 27th, June, FYT LED purchased TWO LED driver aging cabinets. Together with original eleven cabinets, now we have THIRTEEN drivers cabinets in total, which greatly increase our driver aging efficiency.
The newly driver aging cabinets are fully controlled by computers. They could automatically monitor driver’s parameters like voltage and current. From the monitor, our QC could easily judge whether our driver is in good condition (GREEN) or need to repair in case of under-voltage (ORANGE), under-current (YELLOW), over-voltage (BLUE) or over-current (PURPLE).
Each aging cabinet could load 96 pcs of 100W to 250W drivers or 192 pcs of drivers below 100W. Our drivers will be aging at least 12 hours (6 hours before silicone injection and another 6 hours after injecting silicone) under voltage of 100V, 230V and 270V every 10 to 20 seconds switch. All our drivers requires 100% aging test before application. Our QC will check our aging system every 30 minutes to ensure each of our TOMCARLINE drivers is of trustworthy quality.
Secondly, our thermal silicone line has extended to 20.4 meters, with 4 meters tunnel oven longer than original. The old 5.6 m tunnel oven has limited our driver silicone dried speed. For example, we could dry about 150 pcs driver at a time. If we speed up the conveyor and wish to dry 200 pcs driver at a time, the driver silicone might not get dried completely. However, longer tunnel oven now enables us to dry about 300 pcs driver silicone, twice of original production ability.
Finally, the newly added SUNEAST SER-708A reflow soldering machine suffices us with better LED chip soldered. According to worker’s feedback, this machine is more intelligent than the old one. There are digital monitors inside the machine, detecting each process of our LED soldering. There are one more temperature zone (now 8 zones in total) compared with the old machine, enabling the soldering to accelerate about 30 seconds than original. Moreover, it could greatly help stabilize the solder pastes’ chemistry. As a result, our LED chip could work in better conditions.
