In the morning of 14th April ,2013,Shenzhen FYT Co Ltd started a Journey of soul –A training course held by a famous training organization named XIDIAN .
The training course include 4 parts : bounce a ball on the drum, turn the cards ,piece together jigsaw puzzles, climb over the graduated wall .
Part One : Bounce a ball on the drum.
This link teach us a very important lesson: Nothing is impossible ! A powerful team can overcome all difficulties as long as a team work together. Turn the cards.
This part teach us how important the effective communication is !
Part two : Piece together jigsaw puzzles
In one team ,we need a wise leader who can lead a team find a best solution to solve the problem ;and all the member must work together to solve the problems.
Part three : Climb over the graduated wall
This is the most impressive part of this training .All of us were deeply moved by those brave team member who could bear the enormous physical pain to help us successfully climb the wall .All is because we are family . In this big family, we should love and help every family member .
